Return and Refund Policy
First: Return Policy
All our products are food items (coffee, saffron), and according to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges after receiving the order.
The following cases are exceptions only:
- The product arrives damaged or unfit for consumption.
- Receiving a different product from the original order.
Second: Return Method
In case of an eligible return issue (damage / error in the order):
The customer can contact us to send the product via WhatsApp.
Third: Return Fees
No restocking fees are imposed if the reason for the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product). Fanjal Shop bears all shipping and return costs.
If the product is correct and matches the order, the customer has no right to request a return.
Fourth: Refund Processing Time
Refund amounts are processed within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receiving and reviewing the returned product (only in eligible cases).
The amount is refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
